While 2009 was a mixed year, I think 2010 was a much better year compared to 2009. But nonetheless, the year is now over very soon, and I look forward to a much brighter 2011. 2010 marked a year of new discoveries, new businesses, new ideas, new stuffs... yes, plenty of new stuffs... =)
In 2010, I went into active blogging - it was somewhat related to the side business; I wanted to make my blog a lively one, and also a portal where people come and read of all the nice and good reviews on cars, events, food and so on...
Anyways, how was my 2010?
January
The start of the year - was looking forward to a good start. I had a craze for prawning at this moment (for some weird reason?), and I was almost going for prawning every weekend! =) And then, the start of the year showed that I had some good luck with me as well. I won the Astro B.yond contest, of which I took back the 32" LG LCD TV. =P
February
February was a quiet month really; didnt do much. =P
But in the month of February, I bought a bouquet of tulips for a special someone...
March
I learned a couple of new things in the month of March. I went to a property auction, and unfortunately, I lost the auction. =( But it was a good experience to learn from, something that would make me a lot more alert the next time I go for an auction.
I also discovered how useful Twitter can be - I saw some twitpics, and then realized it was near my project, rushed there, turns out its not - but all in, I guess Twitter has managed to become amongst the most important social media tool there is around.
In the month of March, I wrote a blog post - with a proposal to YB Khairy Jamaluddin (KJ) on improving Malaysian football. Through this post, I had received a lot of feedback from other people, and then I also got to know YB KJ himself! =P
April
It was the month of April - my birthday. This year - I had a lot of wishes, on Facebook, SMS and also on Twitter =) But one particular wish impressed me the most... =)
A birthday wish from YB Khairy - on behalf of his party president, the PM of Malaysia =)
I also made an appearance in The Edge talking about our project in Mont Kiara.
May
In the month of May - there were a number of weddings to attend. One of them was Azim's, the owner of RASTA TTDI. =)
Congrats BRO!!!! =)
And then there was also Sherwyn and Angel's - once again, congrats!!!!!! =)
June
I appeared in the papers again in June - it was The Edge Weekly =)
Interesting writeup in The Edge.
I also went to BRUNEI for the 1st time ever on a working trip =P In the same month, I also went to BEIJING, also on a work trip, with plenty of new projects and proposals coming ahead!
July
In JULY - I went to a birthday party - and learned about HOW NOT TO BEHAVE WHEN DRUNK. LOL =)
I also brought my beloved furkids Fatty and Ally to a super nice beach holiday at Ruby's Resort in Cherating!!! =P
August
In August, I started this little group called the #No1PorkBurger - in search for the no.1 pork burger in Klang Valley and possibly the country. Had a couple of outings so far, and so far its been pretty enlightening with all the awesome pork burger recommendations. =)
The month of August also saw me bringing Ally to the Cats & Dogs carnival at Tropicana City Mall; which of course, my darling girl wowed everyone with her cute charms!!! =)
September
The month of September was another interesting foodie month once again. This time, I brought another big group, to a little food discovery in Klang. We had bakuteh, seafood and then also some awesome ho jian as well as fried chicken there. I also did my first ever vlog post =)

October
October was largely uneventful - except for my one particular blog post which garnered plenty of response and comments!!! =)
Yes, the one on the 100 storey Warisan Merdeka. =P
November
Didnt do much in November - except that I attended the largest Ferrari gathering ever!!! =P
December
The month of December brought a lot of happy moments!!!
First, I gave my first ever public talk. I was invited to talk at the Property Outlook 2011 seminar; I believe and I hope I did okay...
...and then of course, the birth of my new boy, PERRY!!!!!!!!!!!! =)
Okay, that pretty much sums up my 2010 so far.
I would like to say... BYE BYE 2010, and I hope for a much better 2011!!! =P
