It has been awhile since I last went to Hong Kong - but nevermind, come next April, I will be at Hong Kong again, once again to celebrate my birthday. =) Anyways, one of my favourite places to eat in Hong Kong is the Seafood Restaurant in Sai Kung. Sai Kung - Having evolved from a fishing village, has turned out to be a paradise for seafood lovers, locals and foreign tourists alike.
Sai Kung has many restaurants of varied cuisines. Some of the restaurants include Cru, Jaspa's, Anthony's Ranch, Anthony's Catch, Susanna's, Pepperoni's, Honeymoon Dessert, Firenze, Kori Kebab, Honeymoon Dessert's first store is actually the one in Sai Kung. Additionally, in a small alley way locally known as "Food Street"(Sik Gai), that runs from the 1A minibus terminal inland,is full of good small eating places of many varieties at very reasonable prices.
So... this is what I ate there....

Traditional sao pao.

Salt and pepper mantis prawns!

Awesome lobster noodles!!! =)

Giant sea asparagus - or sing chi =)

Baked abalone!

Scallops!

Plenty amount of prawns!

Roast sesame chicken!

...and also their famous roast goose too!!!
Sai Kung is considerably pretty far out from the city. Sai Kung can be reached by minibus routes 1 from Kowloon Bay MTR Station, 1A from Choi Hung MTR station, route 12 from Po Lam MTR Station or KMB bus route 92 from Diamond Hill MTR Station. People going via Tseung Kwan O can take minibus route 101 from Hang Hau MTR station or NWFB bus route 792M from Tiu Keng Leng MTR station. Sai Kung can also be reached by KMB bus routes 99 (from Wu Kai Sha Station) or 299 (from Sha Tin Central).
Sounds complicated? Thankfully good friend Andrew has a car there!!!!!
