This is the last instalment from the Klang food extravaganza weekend!
After having some awesome bakuteh in the morning and the fresh seafood in the afternoon, we decided to try out some of those roadside stuffs - we had the fried ice cream, some other random ice cream stuffs... n then - it was time to try out the HO JIAN!!! =)
The cooking process... in Pulau Ketam, they have two varieties of this popular ho jian - one uses oysters - hence the name ho jian and the other uses lala.
