I was surfing some websites of various architects, and then I found this new project by NWKA Architects. It is called the Conlay Tower. The concept design is by Konzepte Design International - not much information of this, but what we know is that it is a German designer.
There's a thread of this on skyscrapercity.com forum as well - but so far still not much information on it.

Took a drive to the area - and found out that it is actually on an existing building. They have engaged the same guys that is doing the Jaya Shopping Centre demolition to demolish the building, and then after that... they do have some massive plans there!It will be a 55-storey serviced apartment tower - comprising 1 large penthouse unit, 8 units of duplex, and then 464 units of serviced apartments! Assuming each unit is about 1,500 sqft, the standard serviced apartments would be priced at least RM3million upwards (based on RM2,000 psf). Do bear in mind that the location for this project is superb - it is within walking distance from Pavilion and KLCC, and yet it can be away from the jam too. =)
I cant wait for the launch!
