One of the most universal, and most easily obtainable foods in Malaysia is chicken rice. Or nasi ayam. Or kai fun. Whichever the language, the race or the religion, I would say all of Malaysia eats nasi ayam and chicken rice. The difference is maybe the style and the method of preparation only.
One of my favourite places for chicken rice is Restoran Satellite - along Jalan Gasing in PJ.
The awesome chicken rice... the rice.Sticky enough, but not that sticky. Wet but not too wet. Just perfect to go with the ultra smooth chicken meats. I could eat like 4 bowls of this if I wanted to... hehehe...
The super nice chicken.Some say the 2nd shop is better (I'll do a review on that soon); but my personal preference is still the corner shop in Jalan Gasing, better known as Restoran Satellite. It is actually also pet friendly - or rather, they have no complains when they see me bring Fatty and Ally there. Maybe cos I am also quite a regular here. LOL.

Amongst my favourite dishes there is the pork balls.Without fail, every single time I go to Restoran Satellite - I will surely order their awesome delicious juicy and tasty pork meat balls. Goes perfectly well with the chicken, the chicken rice... and even the little bit of soup that they give you... all of it blends in perfectly for the ultimate chicken rice.
