Its been awhile since I last did a movie review blog post - so I might as well do one for TAKERS. Firstly, I would like to thank SONY PICTURES as well as SIRENS MEDIA for the screening passes!!!!! *woooots* Dont worry - this will not be a spoiler...
The Movie Synopsis.Takers takes you into the world of a notorious group of criminals (Idris Elba, Paul Walker, T.I., Chris Brown, Hayden Christensen and Michael Ealy) who continue to baffle police by pulling off perfectly executed bank robberies. They are in and out like clockwork, leaving no evidence behind and laying low between heists. But when they attempt to pull off one last job with more money at stake than ever before, the crew may find their plans interrupted by a hardened detective (Matt Dillon) who is hell-bent on solving the case.
My take on the movie?
I would say I like the movie quite a bit; I would rate it as good 7/10. The storyline was pretty good, and shooting scenes... those were damn epic too! But my favourite scene would be the one where Jesse (Chris Brown) ran and was practically flying and jumping all over buildings and flyovers... *oops a little spoiler* - but anyways, once again, I think it was a good movie. Go watch it ok!!!
