Last Friday, I went to the SEOUL GOOD PROMOTION launch at One World Hotel's Cinnamon Coffee House - courtesy of FOODPOI and Wingz! =) From last Friday, 15th October 2010 until the 23rd of October 2010, Cinnamon Coffee House has specially flown in two guest chefs from SEOUL PALACE HOTEL, KOREA to showcase some truly authentic Korean cuisine.
Chef Jang Yong-jin and Jeon Dai-hwi - has put together an array of Korean dishes - including some fresh ginseng salad, grilled deodeok, bulgogi, kimchi jeon gol, tteokgalbi, beef taik gom tang, steamed shank and yuk gae jang - all served during the lunch and dinner buffets. =)
The Cinnamon Coffee House - for the next 1 week will feature an array and mixture of international and local cuisine - featuring the main event - the authentic Korean dishes of course! Whats more - the guests will also stand a chacne to win a 3-day/2-night stay at SEOUL PALACE HOTEL during the promotion.
