Okay - this one also from the MIGF Launch the other day at Sunway.
Anyways, I have always been a fan of KL Hilton - and more specifically, their awesome Chinese restaurant, Chynna. Back in January, I went there to check out their freshwater fishes special (blogged about it here) - in fact, I have been going there quite often recently for a number of my business lunches etc. Anyways... back to the MIGF launch....
I knew KL Hilton was in the MIGF - and to my surprise, all three - Senses, Chynna and Iketeru were in there too! I was excited to see what Chynna had to offer for this Gourmet festival...
What does Chef Lam has to offer for 2010's Gourmet Festival?
A good combination of some cold black ink soba and hokkaido scallops for appetizer, double-boiled duck broth with shark's fin soup, seafood platter featuring some curry dry prawns, sous-vide lamb cutlet, wok-fried somen noodle with shell meat and some awesome coconut mousse cake for dessert.
Whats the damage? It is only RM 168++ per person, without wine.
I think that sounds pretty fairly priced, not too expensive for a good collection of my favourites. At the MIGF Launch, Chef Lam presented his awesome curry dry prawns and also the Canadian cod fish.... ahhhh....

Juicy too!!! I think I had like... 5 prawns perhaps that night from the Chynna stall? hehe...
The Canadian cod fish... If you like cod fish as much as I do, you'll love Chynna's cod fish!

For that, I think I will be going to Chynna, KL Hilton next week to check out their MIGF menu. I cant wait to try out Chef Lam's delicious lamb cutlets!!!! And the duck-broth shark's fin soup too!!!!!!! I'll let you all know how good it is here ok!!!
