My neighbors are re-spraying their roof tiles white. If it’s not white, it’s very close. They are doing it themselves!
The house roofing now looks like a blob of igloo to me, and it’s bright! To make it worse, the bricks of the house are very dark brown….not a good look IMO
I dread summer; I’ll need sun glasses to be out in my yard or to look out my kitchen window.
Think about what you are doing if you are contemplating changing your roof colour, all colours need to flow and complement each other. Otherwise you will end with a home that is a mix match of colours.
